Schneider Electric is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager in the Apodaca MTY 1 Plant to lead end-to-end planning operations and to drive long-term supply chain strategies. You will manage flows, ensure safety, and develop the team to meet on-time delivery targets and inventory optimization.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, logistics and supply chain, with SAP experience and fluent English. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years experience in procurement, supply and logistics for materials and finished goods.
  • Solid experience in customer service, production programming, materials and supply chain.
  • Experience in SAP system.
  • Fluent English level.

Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Planning Manager in our Apodaca MTY 1 Plant.

What will you do:
  • Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning operations, managing incoming, outgoing, and internal flows within plant/distribution center operations
  • Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals and enhance network efficiency
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Safety of Logistics team, packaging operations and dangerous goods flows
  • Ensure implementation of Industrial policy and develop the necessary skills
  • Be responsible for people management including : safety (including external), goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being.
  • Manage the resources versus the load according to the MPS and the customer portfolio: Warehouse and MPH
  • Manage the performance and the productivity of the resources: Warehouse and MPH
  • Is responsible of logistic department cost
  • Pilot internal and external resources in order to satisfy customer needs in term of on time delivery
  • Lead and improve suppliers performance in term of service level, lead time and lot size.
  • Lead and improve plant flow performance by applying the SPS principles (Waiting queue, MPH, Pull flow, warehousing efficiency, …)
  • Optimize inventories and coverage according to service level an and capital employed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering or related field
  • +5 years relevant experience focuses on manages or performs procurement and supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods, or products for resales
  • Solid experience in customer service, production programming, materials, supply chain. Experience in SAP system. 5 to 7 years
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics
  • Management and staff development
  • Personnel skills: Service orientation, Negotiation, Effective communication
  • Initiative, Leadership, High capacity for communication
  • Fluent English level
