Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV in MX is seeking a Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Intern to join the PPF team and gain hands-on experience in global semiconductor supply chain operations, combining planning, data analytics, and automation.

You will support demand and supply analysis, inventory management, capacity planning, and dashboard development using Excel and Power BI, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to drive process improvements and standardized reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business administration, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date: December 2027 or 2028.
• Must be actively enrolled in a university program.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Join our Product Planning & Fulfillment team and gain hands-on experience in global semiconductor supply chain operations, combining supply chain planning, data analytics, and process automation.

As a Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support supply chain planning activities, including demand and supply analysis, inventory management, capacity planning, and fulfillment.

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

• Explore the application of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to optimize processes and support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support business objectives.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, data accuracy, and reporting standardization.

• Contribute to projects that provide exposure to global supply chain operations and business decision-making.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and process automation.

• Interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in business environments.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Language Requirements

• English proficiency: Minimum B2 level (upper-intermediate), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
