Job summary

Procter & Gamble Mexico is offering a part-time Supply Chain Intern role in Interlomas. You will work 12–18 months, with a flexible schedule and a monthly gross salary between 9,000 MXN and 18,000 MXN, depending on hours chosen.

The internship focuses on data collection, consolidation, and analysis of inventory, delivery times, demand forecasting, and costs, supporting order management, shipment tracking, supplier coordination, and planning.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics in Supply Chain.
• Interest or ability to learn data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on data collection, consolidation, and analysis for inventory, delivery times, demand forecasting, and transportation costs.
• Support order management, shipment tracking, supplier coordination and production/distribution planning.
• Prepare reports and presentations with findings and recommendations for decision-making.

• Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000mxn to 9,000mxn to 18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
• Duration: 12-18 months.
• Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028. English Advanced.

• About the role:

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will collaborate in data collection, consolidation, and analysis related to inventory levels, delivery times, demand forecasting, and transportation costs to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. You will support key supply chain processes such as order management, shipment tracking, coordination with suppliers, and production/distribution planning. Additionally, you will prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, performance metrics, and recommendations to support decision-making within the Supply Chain area.

• Some of your tasks will be:
  • Collaborate on data analysis and identification of supply chain inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in operational supply chain tasks including order management and supplier coordination.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders summarizing key metrics and insights.
• Hard Skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, complex formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), charting, and large data analysis.
  • Basic familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics modules related to Supply Chain.
  • Ability or interest to learn data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Soft Skills:
  • Effective communication: clear and concise oral and written expression adapted to different audiences.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking to process information accurately and extract logical conclusions from complex data.
  • Proactivity and initiative to learn quickly, solve problems, and propose process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Nice to Have Skills:
  • Advanced English (written and spoken): to interact with international teams and technical documentation.
  • Previous experience: internships or projects related to Supply Chain, logistics, or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) for project management.
  • Basic certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), project management (PMI-CAPM), or specific platforms.
