Cummins México is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to ensure the smooth flow of materials and alignment between sales demand and manufacturing operations. You will optimize inventory and manage supplier relationships to guarantee timely deliveries.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in material planning, strong ERP/MRP skills (preferably Oracle), EDI experience, and advanced Excel. English proficiency is essential, with on-site responsibilities in Nuevo León.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or inventory control within manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Experience using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Material Planning: Coordination and supply planning with suppliers for direct, indirect, and MRO materials.
• Inventory Management: Control and tracking of inventory levels in specialized systems.
• Purchase Orders: Placement, tracking, and receipt of material purchase orders with suppliers.
• Demand Analysis: Analyze demand to support the sales schedule.
• Operational Collaboration: Work with Manufacturing to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Strategic Communication: Maintain fluid communication with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams.
