Copeland in Chihuahua, MX is seeking a skilled Procurement/Purchasing professional to ensure material availability for the plant. You will manage direct and indirect materials, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain ERP data to support production plans.

The role requires 3–5 years in purchasing, experience with ERP systems, and strong English communication. This on-site position emphasizes accuracy, vendor relations, and continuous improvement in inventory management.

Formación

• 3–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably with electronic components.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Advanced English proficiency (90%+), both written and verbal.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Properly execute purchasing procedures and improve procurement processes.
• Analyze raw material requirements based on short- and long-term master planning schedules.
• Identify shortages and excess inventory, triggering corrective actions.
• Generate purchase orders on time and obtain approvals for production needs.
• Coordinate supplier meetings and optimize supplier performance.
• Maintain ERP data including pricing, MOQ, supplier contacts.
• Prepare material shortage reports and communicate with internal teams.
• Participate in planning meetings and ensure data integrity across components.
