Supply Chain Master Data Specialist for our new SBL Master Data & BPO team
Our Master Data & BPO team in Service Business Line Supply Chain is looking for a new colleague in Monterey. As one of two new Supply Chain Master Data Specialists you will be responsible for managing and maintaining supply chain master data in our ERP systems globally. You will also be a key contributor in optimizing our supply chain by working closely with our RPA team and other key stakeholders.
The Master Data & BPO team is a newly formed department under Service Business Line Supply Chain. Our main objective is to harmonize, manage and maintain our supply chain data and processes globally while rolling out projects like One Mining. We work closely with the entire supply chain team to ensure governance and deliver good data and process quality.
Your responsibilities
Update and maintain supplier and other supply chain master data in our global ERP systems
Work with our RPA and operational teams to manage smooth BOT operations
Manage master data improvement projects globally
Setup and maintain supply chain master data governance with our supply chain Center of Excellence team
What you bring
You are self driven and posses a great analytical mindset
You have worked with managing data and have a good understanding of our main ERPs preferably with strong knowledge of Epicor and Oracle.
You posses a good understanding of supply chain management/procurement
You have good communications skills and work proactively with stakeholder management.
