Formación

  • 1-3 years of planning/inventory management experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role is to provide support to the PGT team as a surge resource to initialize all input data for PBNA as we implement PGT IO. The work is proactive and requires quick alerts to key stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy for all locations/materials in scope for PBNA. Tasks include monitoring data quality metrics, engaging SMEs in the field and sector to determine appropriate input values, running sensitivity analyses to assess impacts, and reviewing results with the IO team. Surge resources will also initialize data and meet exit criteria for hypercare.

Your Impact

As SC Master Data Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting cross-functional partners in monitoring QoS issues
  • Implementing model changes
  • Implementing and monitoring input data consistency checks
  • Investigating input data discrepancies (e.g., schedule adherence < 60%)
  • Updating dashboards weekly and implementing enhancements
  • Performing data consistency checks
  • Creating and sharing weekly reports such as Items to Review, Missing Sourcing Ratios, and Rejected Records
  • Managing sourcing changes and C&O requests daily
  • Maintaining a 2-3 day SLA for sourcing ratio updates
  • Validating material master data and managing manual data validation for planning fields
  • Replenishment planning ratio cleanup
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, IE, or related fields
  • Fluent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Business Intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP IBP preferred
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Python and SQL
  • 1-3 years of planning/inventory management experience
