About the role
As a Supply Chain Manager, Regional – Compressors, you will lead strategic supply chain initiatives across multiple sites and categories. You’ll partner with global teams to drive productivity, supplier optimization, and operational excellence. Your leadership will directly impact Carrier’s performance in sourcing, logistics, and cross-functional execution. This role also requires strong project management capabilities to lead and deliver complex supply chain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading the implementation of supply chain strategies aligned with global procurement and business goals.
Driving sourcing execution to improve margins, quality, and delivery performance.
Managing multiple supply chain projects, setting objectives, tracking progress, and resolving roadblocks.
Collaborating with WHQ Supply Chain and cross-functional teams on project charters, resource planning, and productivity reviews.
Representing the supply chain function in VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) events and supplier negotiations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Strategic Sourcing
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Process Optimization or Supplier Management
Proven experience leading cross-functional supply chain projects
Advanced English (written and verbal)
Willingness to travel up to 20% within North America
Experience in global manufacturing environments
Background in supply chain optimization across multiple commodities
Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing certification
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
