Convatec is seeking a results-driven SC Manager to oversee the full order cycle, transportation, warehousing, and inventory control from Reynosa, Mexico. You will drive efficiency, manage costs, and lead a cross-functional team to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or industrial engineering, fluent English, and strong experience with SAP, WMS, and TMS. Competitive salary with bonus and development opportunities are offered.

About The Role

Oversees the entire order cycle, directs transportation, warehousing, and inventory to ensure the right goods are delivered to the right place on time, while minimizing costs and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the entire order cycle, ensuring seamless flow of materials from suppliers to end customers
• Manage stock levels, delivery schedules, and storage solutions to prevent shortages and reduce overhead costs
• Maintain a good relationship with suppliers and logistics partners to keep service levels confidence as the business required
• Monitor shipping and operational budgets, identifying bottlenecks and executing cost‑saving strategies
• Supervise superintendents and provide support to all team members, fostering a safe and productive work environment
• Resolve delivery delays and ensure shipments comply with international and domestic regulations (FDA CGMP, USA/MX/European customs regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 9000)

Skills & Experience

• SC Manager needs a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands on operational
• Mastery of ERP SAP (WMS, TMS)
• Advanced excel skills and data interpretation
• Competence in forecasting demand, calculating safety stocks, and cycle count programs
• Quick thinking to handle sudden supply chain disruptions
• Clear verbal and written skills to coordinate between warehouse floors and corporate executives
• Capacity to motivate diverse teams, manage labor schedules, and handle workplace conflicts

Qualifications / Education
