For our plant in Monterrey, we are seeking a high‑impact Supply Chain Manager to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain strategy and ensure an efficient, cost‑effective and customer‑focused flow of materials, products and services. This role is key to driving optimization, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

Reporting to the General Manager of Monterrey Plant and functionally to the North America Supply Chain Director, you will manage a multidisciplinary team, including Import/Export Supervisors & Coordinators, Senior Direct Buyers, Planners, Customer Service Executives, and a Warehouse Coordinator.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Design and lead sourcing strategies ensuring on‑time availability of critical materials.
  • Optimize logistics, distribution, and internal/external delivery performance.
  • Oversee inventory levels, implement rotation policies, and reduce obsolescence.
  • Negotiate with key suppliers to secure favorable terms in cost, quality, and lead times.
  • Lead demand planning processes and align market needs with production and supply capabilities.
  • Manage and have full proficiency ERP and digital supply chain tools.
  • Measure and report Supply Chain KPIs, driving data‑based improvements.
  • Ensure resolution of issues related to performance gaps, customer complaints, audits, and non‑conformities.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Promote sustainable Supply Chain practices aligned with corporate responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, quality and safety regulations.
Job qualifications
  • Strong expertise in inventory management, cost control and demand forecasting.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other operative MS tools
  • Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, transportation and storage regulations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
  • Certifications such as CSCP, Six Sigma or equivalent are preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, including logistics, purchasing and planning.
  • 3+ years in leadership roles with strategic decision‑making responsibility.
  • Experience in international trade, customs compliance and global logistics.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish languages is a must. Italian fluency would represent a nice to have.
