Solventum is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the supply chain across procurement, planning, manufacturing support, warehousing, and logistics in Monterrey, NL, Mexico. The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement and cost efficiencies to support global operations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in supply chain and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, including international experience and strong lean/ Six Sigma credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain/ops with 5+ in leadership.
• Experience managing complex international supply chains.
• Lean/Six Sigma or CI methodologies.
• Strong procurement, logistics, inventory and production planning knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning and decision making.
• Proficiency with SAP and SCM planning tools.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing complex international supply chains.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
