We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution activities to ensure efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Manage logistics and transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels across all locations.
• Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, finance, and production to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards in supply chain processes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
• Use data-driven tools and software to manage and forecast supply chain activities.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English Proficiency advanced

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in supply chain (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPM, or Six Sigma).
• Experience in international logistics and global sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
