You will support supplier management, quotation analysis, and negotiation processes to help optimize costs, improve on-time delivery, and strengthen business relationships. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with intermediate English and availability to start the internship within the coming

Formación

• Availability to work the required internship schedule.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Expected graduation date within one year.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement and sourcing policies.
• Participate in supplier meetings to follow up on agreements and business opportunities.
• Collaborate on cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Support the preparation of departmental reports and performance metrics.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and related documentation.
• Follow up on purchase orders and commitments with suppliers.
• Prepare comparative supplier analyses based on cost, quality, and service.
• Participate in negotiation processes related to pricing, delivery schedules, terms and contracts.
• Request, collect, and compare quotations for materials, products, and services.
• Support the identification, evaluation, and development of potential suppliers.
