LEAR CORPORATION in Mexico is seeking a visionary Supply Chain Director to lead materials strategy across manufacturing and logistics, ensuring 100% on-time customer delivery.

You will orchestrate warehousing, purchasing, and international trade, drive continuous improvement, and enforce ISO 14001/45001, CTPAT and OEA standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in materials management, internal logistics, or supply chain.
• 5+ years leading multi-plant organizations.
• Mastery of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CTPAT, and OEA regulations.
• Expert use of 8D, Core Tools, LPA, and CAPA.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Advanced analytical thinking and strategic decision-making.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
