Joyson Safety Systems in Monterrey seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support supply chain mapping, CMRT/EMRT templates, and ESG reporting. You will enter supplier data, maintain dashboards, and coordinate with the Project Manager to deliver timely reports to customers and OEMs.

Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers for data, organizing responses, monitoring regulatory updates on rare earth magnet legislation, and assisting with disclosures for OEM portals and ESG scorecards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or supplier engagement (internships or co-ops in automotive a plus)
• Familiarity with CMRT/EMRT templates and basic ESG reporting concepts

Responsabilidades

• Enter and validate supplier data for supply chain mapping and CMRT/EMRT templates
• Maintain internal databases and dashboards tracking supplier compliance and traceability
• Support mapping efforts by organizing supplier responses and documentation
• Communicate with suppliers to request data and clarify responses
• Assist in preparing customer-facing reports for OEM portals and ESG scorecards
• Monitor regulatory updates related to rare earth magnet legislation and other emerging rules
