OPmobility is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to analyze and monitor data across the supply chain, identify trends, and support process improvements. You will troubleshoot SAP MM/PP/SD transactions, resolve IDOC issues, and help drive data-driven decisions with dashboards and KPIs.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross‑functional teamwork, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor Supply Chain data to identify operational issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support daily SAP transactions and troubleshoot system-related issues across Supply Chain planning processes.
• Investigate and resolve IDOC errors to ensure accurate and timely data integration between systems.
• Manage and support COGI transactions, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support inventory management, production planning, logistics, and order fulfillment activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Support and optimize business processes within SAP, primarily in the MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide visibility into Supply Chain performance and support decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Production Planning, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP, specifically within MM, PP, and SD modules.
• Practical experience with IDOC monitoring and resolution and COGI transaction management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
