Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Data Analyst will work within a team of database developers, data analysts, data engineers, and software engineers to develop solutions that improve supply chain performance insights for managers, decision-makers, specialists, and frontline staff.

Your Impact

• Understand business use cases, technologies, and best practices related to reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and applications supported by our team.
• Act as the primary technical support and enhancement request contact for our team.
• Use Agile methodology (via email and Azure DevOps) to handle technical support and enhancement requests from business teams and users.
• Assist in improving the reliability of key reports, dashboards, ETL processes, and applications.
• Monitor, complete, and perform quality control on scheduled weekly technical tasks.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business systems or IT.
• At least 1 year of programming experience (e.g., Python, VBA, JavaScript).
• Intermediate SQL skills (e.g., joins, group by, select, update, delete).
• Intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Vlookups, conditional formatting).
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Presto, Databricks SQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies like Databricks, Deltalake, or Pyspark is a plus.
• Experience with VBA in MS Excel or Access is a plus.
• Experience creating or executing ETL processes is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI is a plus.
