Job summary

Ford of Mexico is seeking a Data & Process Automation Analyst in the Supply Chain space to modernize procurement and sourcing processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will partner with business stakeholders to design scalable digital solutions, drive continuous improvement, and deliver production-ready apps in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of related experience, strong English, and a curiosity for procurement and supply chain both

Qualifications

Education & experience as stated: degree in business, engineering, or related field with practical experience.
Typically 1–3 years developing or supporting business apps, automation, or BI solutions.
Fluent English language skills required (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain low-code apps and workflows to streamline procurement and supply chain tasks.
Develop dashboards and reports that provide real-time performance insights for leaders.
Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and purchasing teams to gather requirements and redesign processes.
Improve tools and workflows for reliability and usability; create reusable templates.
Integrate data from approved sources to power dashboards and analyses.
Apply AI-assisted tools to speed development, testing, and documentation; communicate results clearly.
