Johnson Controls is seeking a quality-focused professional to assist with supplier quality and manufacturing quality tasks in a fast-paced setting. You will support inspection, containment, and corrective actions while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material quality.

The role emphasizes problem solving and adherence to ISO-based systems. Ideal candidates have a university degree and experience in supplier quality, with strong documentation and communication skills.

Formación

• University degree and 1 year of suggested minimum experience, or a 2-year degree and 6 years of suggested minimum experience.
• Experience in supplier quality, quality control, incoming inspection, manufacturing quality, or similar.
• Ability to read/interpret specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, follow-up and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with supplier quality issues in incoming inspection and production.
• Lead containment actions for nonconforming materials to protect production.
• Track NCRs and supplier corrective actions; follow up until resolved.
• Collaborate with suppliers to drive root cause analysis and 8D problem solving.
• Support APQP, PPAP, and engineering change activities for supplier readiness.
• Maintain accurate quality records and communication logs in systems.
• Work with engineers, procurement, and operations to improve material quality.
