Formación

What will you do?

TheSupplier Quality & Incoming Quality Team Leaderis responsible for driving the performance, improvement, and compliance of supplier-related quality processes and the incoming laboratory at the plant. This role leads a multifunctional team focused on supplier qualification, development, and issue resolution, as well as ensuring reliable incoming material inspection and release in accordance with internal and external requirements.

  • Lead and coordinate theSupplier Quality Management (SQM)activities, including supplier audits, PPAP/FAI validation, deviation management, and supplier corrective actions.
  • Manage theIncoming Quality Control Laboratory, ensuring accurate inspection routines, calibration control, and metrology capability.
  • Work closely withglobal procurement, engineering, and manufacturingteams to ensure alignment on quality expectations and standards.
  • Driveroot cause analysis and preventive actionsfor nonconforming materials and recurring supplier issues.
  • Promote a culture ofcontinuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and proactive risk management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop theSupplier Quality and Incoming Quality team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Ensurecompliance with Siemens quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or related roles in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven people leadership experience and team development skills (At least 3 years)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D methodology
  • Experience or basic proficiency in digitalization tools and data analysis for quality performance monitoring and decision-making (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced, Minitab, or similar)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
