Job summary

Gentherm México, with plants in Acuña, Celaya and Monterrey, is seeking a Supply Quality Engineer to strengthen supplier quality across the Mexico operations. You will drive APQP and PPAP activities, qualify new suppliers, and support quality improvements throughout the supply chain in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality function.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Auditing experience is highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Perform VDA 6.3 audits for supplier qualification.
• Follow up on corrective actions from audits.
• Provide feedback to Purchasing on potential suppliers.
• Coordinate APQP process and review FMEA, CP, PFC.
• Support supplier trials and Run@Rate tests.
• Lead supplier development projects and training programs.
