Conduct thorough checks of quality systems and quality performance.
TASKS/JOB FUNCTION:
- Cooperate with suppliers during the implementation of new products, involving key product development, and utilizing supplier expertise to optimize cost, delivery, and manufacturability.
- Coordinate, review, approve, and maintain all supplier PPAP documentation.
- Provide qualitative evaluation based on relevant indicators and conduct supplier audits.
- Provide effective progress feedback through PPM.
- Coordinate all supplier changes.
- Identify new strategic suppliers.
- Collaborate with other departments, especially engineering, purchasing, and logistics.
- Manage and control deals concerning complex requirements provided to suppliers and sub-suppliers, identifying areas to improve delivery quality.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of strategic supplier performance.
- Implement and execute tenders for strategic material and subcontracting suppliers based on market conditions.
COMPETENCIES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- At least 10 years of related work experience with professional certification.
- Advanced knowledge of internal information systems.
- Excellent understanding of automotive quality management systems (AIAG, TS).
- Proficiency in statistical methods (SPC, FMEA, 8D reports).
- Knowledge of ISO standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Familiarity with PPAP, FAIR.
- Knowledge of Product and Process Audit VDA 6.3.
- Understanding of customer requirements.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S).
- Familiarity with IMDS and IPC principles.
- Ability to manage sub-contractor suppliers for high-volume parts.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
