Una empresa del sector automotriz busca un Ingeniero de Calidad de Proveedores para evaluar y asegurar el cumplimiento de normas técnicas. Las responsabilidades incluyen auditoría de proveedores, desarrollo de procedimientos y supervisión de cumplimiento con Normas IATF 16949. Se requiere tener un título en Ingeniería y experiencia en el sector automotriz.

Formación

• Ingeniero Industrial, Administrador o Mecánico o equivalente.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Calidad de Proveedores.
• Experiencia necesaria en el sector automotriz.

Responsabilidades

• Revisar y evaluar la documentación técnica de los proveedores para cumplir con las especificaciones generales.
• Auditar y calificar a los proveedores según criterios establecidos.
• Desarrollar y mantener procedimientos y procesos para asegurar el cumplimiento con estándares relevantes.
• Comunicar de manera oportuna las Notificaciones de No Conformidad a los proveedores.

Hello community We are looking for our next Supplier Quality Engineer!!

What profile are we looking for?

- Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years' experience as SQE

With experience in:

• Necessary experience in the Automotive Sector**
• Internal auditor certified in the IATF 16949 standard (Desirable)
• Core tools (PFMEA, MSA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP, APQP)
• English

Main responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate suppliers' technical documentation to ensure compliance with general specifications.
• Audit and qualify suppliers according to established criteria, including negotiation and interaction skills.
• Develop and maintain procedures and processes to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards.
• Communicate in a timely manner Non-Conformity Notices to suppliers in the event of problems detected in the different stages of the production process.
• Analyze and report supplier performance, identifying areas of continuous improvement.
• Supervise and provide training to the Receipt Inspection Technician in the instructions and activities applicable to the position.
• Manage suppliers' PPAP requirements and/or First Sample Reports.
• Create and maintain updated area documentation and reports.
• Prepare the necessary reports for the evaluation of parts for special tests.
• Keep the area indicators updated, assigning corrective and/or improvement actions
• Send feedback to suppliers on quality performance (IQ).
• Supervise compliance with the raw material quality assurance process (Receipt Inspection).
• Issue casting IMDS (Brembo part number) and finished product part numbers to Clients.
• Obtain authorization from suppliers to return rejected material.
• Collaborate with other team members in the qualification, sampling and final approval of parts.
