This position reports to

Supplier Quality & Development Engineer

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of supplier assessments, drive both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels. Each day, you will manage operational supplier quality, both on-site and off-site, ensuring the thorough execution of supplier qualification and development processes. You will also showcase your expertise by managing the supplier’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite. This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Manage Supplier Scorecard (PPMS / Claims) and execute corrective actions.
2. Conduct Supplier Audits.
3. Conduct On-Site Reviews with Suppliers and Problem Solving Management.
4. Validation of Special Supplier Processes (Welding, Electrostatic Painting, Plastic Injection).
5. Supplier Penalty Management for Non-Quality.
6. Analysis of Supplier Process Capacity.

Qualifications for the role

• New graduate to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience with Supplier Relationship Management.
• Advanced English level.
• Problem solving and audit skills (8D, DMAIC).
• Availability to travel (30%).
