Xylem is seeking a Supplier Master Data Team Lead to guide the supplier data function and ensure governance across SIM and P2P processes. The role demands coordination with procurement, accounts payable, and compliance teams to maintain accurate supplier information and streamlined workflows.

Based in Monterrey, Mexico, this hybrid position emphasizes data quality, process improvement, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Formación

• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba.
• Ability to lead supplier master data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as functional lead and escalation contact for supplier master data requests.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, changes, banking and tax updates, and deactivations.
• Validate supplier documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain supplier records across ERP, procurement, and workflow systems.
• Lead data quality reviews, duplicate analysis, and data cleansing.
• Drive continuous improvement to automate and standardize data management.
