ESAB AB is seeking to optimize and oversee manufacturing operations at our Hermosillo site. The role focuses on ensuring production volume, cost and quality targets are met while coordinating schedules, material flows, and staffing to meet targets.

The position requires identifying production problems and proposing improvements, implementing production strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies across the operation.

Formación

• Experience with production scheduling and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow and control.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments.

Job Description:

Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production and production schedules are met. Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets. Constantly monitors production processes and staffing levels and implements production schedules, methods, and processes. Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process. Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within production operations. Maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Supervises Support track employees and may perform similar work as their subordinates.
