ESAB Corporation in Hermosillo, Mexico seeks a Production Supervisor to ensure production volume, cost and quality targets are met. The role focuses on organizing material flows, inventory, and production schedules while monitoring processes and staffing levels.

You will identify problems and propose improvements, implement production strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. You will direct and develop personnel to maintain efficient operations.

Job Description:
Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production and production schedules are met. Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets. Constantly monitors production processes and staffing levels and implements production schedules, methods, and processes. Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process. Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within production operations. Maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Supervises Support track employees and may perform similar work as their subordinates.
