How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Supervisor, Sales & Retail, will join the team to analyze sales data from retailers and cross-reference it with data from licensees to identify growth opportunities in various segments and categories. They will implement the Disney Activations Calendar, ensuring the proper execution of planned activations and maximizing the presence and impact of the brand in the market. They will work to ensure the highest possible presence of licensees and products with customers, strengthening the visibility and availability of our offerings. They will establish and oversee briefing projects in both physical and digital markets, ensuring objectives are met and consistency is maintained across all platforms.

This role is essential for identifying growth opportunities, implementing brand strategies, and ensuring the presence and success of our products in the market. Their role is vital for maintaining operational efficiency and continuous growth of the company.

The Supervisor, Sales & Retail will be responsible for:

  • Work closely with retail senior manager, retail manager & supervisor in planning and analyzing each account by department (such as apparel, toys, home) to find business opportunities.
  • Oversees concentrate information, such as Retail Plans, Status by account, Licensees support follow-up.
  • Develop the projects managed such as: e-commerce growth.
  • Support on analyzing revenue by retail program to allocate retail budget in the most efficient way.
  • Support on preparation of mailings, product catalogues, and presentations for retailers.
  • E-commerce: Support to grow e-commerce. Creative brief for artworks needed for branded stores & landing pages.
  • Keep internal department documents up to date: Databases, Retail program expense control formats, Retail Calendars.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Financial areas, Commercial, Marketing (Non-Advertising Focus), or related fields.
  • Previous commercial experience in similar roles, preferably in retail or licensing, with exposure to trade marketing, project management, communication, and publicity.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and interact with executives, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, teamwork, excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, proactive vs reactive approach.
  • Candidate must be analytical and very good at process and numerical roles, as well as have good communication skills internally and externally (licensees and partners).
  • Software skills needed: MS Office Package (Excel Intermediate - PowerPoint Advanced).
  • Advanced level of English.
