A global industrial manufacturer in Apodaca is seeking a Quality Engineer to design control plans, oversee audits, and coordinate data analysis. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, at least 3 years of experience, and expertise in quality assurance processes. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements and fostering continuous improvement in operations.

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Experience in Internal and External Audits is a must.

• Designs and executes the control plan and conducts audits.
• Coaches and develops Quality Engineers and Specialists.
• Coordinates report outs of data analysis for multiple projects.
• Designs internal standards for Quality Specialists and Engineers.
• Reviews and evaluates effectiveness of quality planning.
• Evaluates root cause corrective action requirements.
• Facilitates training and serves as corrective action leader.
• Ensures all customer quality requirements are integrated into the QMS.

Job responsibilities

• Designs and executes the control plan, audits to ensure that control plans are being followed, and ensures containment and corrective action in the event of non-conformance.
• May coach and develop Quality Engineers and Specialists.
• Coordinates report outs of the data analysis from multiple Quality Engineers on multiple projects and product lines, including customer line and field analysis, corrective action effectiveness, and overall internal quality metrics effectiveness.
• Designs the internal standards to be followed by the Quality Specialist and Quality Engineers.
• Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of the quality planning for continuous improvement.
• Evaluates the root cause corrective action requirements and assigns appropriate internal personnel and external experts as needed.
• Facilitates training, corrective action process review, and is typically the corrective action leader and the single point of contact to the customer for corrective action.
• Ensures all customer quality requirements are integrated into the QMS and communicates to management when gaps exist in meeting those requirements.
• Provides an overview of the customer quality requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Engineering degree
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Experience in Internal and External Audits

Additional Qualifications

• Full knowledge in Core Tools, SAP, SPC
