The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organizational culture and change management, ensuring alignment with the business strategy. Formación

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in OD, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Job Objective:

To supervise and coordinate organizational development (OD) initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation of programs related to talent management, organizational climate, culture, change management, and leadership development—contributing to organizational effectiveness and alignment with business strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor leadership development programs, competency models, performance evaluations, and succession planning.

Oversee the execution of organizational assessments, engagement surveys, and follow-up improvement actions.

Lead change management processes for strategic or transformational projects.

Promote cultural alignment through internal communication initiatives, values training, and reinforcement of key behaviors.

Analyze organizational structures and propose improvements in design, roles, and processes.

Ensure compliance with OD policies and methodologies, supporting leaders and key departments.

Manage area KPIs and reporting, identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous development.

Supervise the OD team (specialists or analysts), assigning tasks, following up, and fostering team development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s in OD, HR, or MBA preferred).

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in OD, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership or coordination role.

Strong knowledge in organizational culture, change management, leadership, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and competency frameworks.

Experience facilitating workshops, strategic alignment sessions, and feedback processes.

Ability to influence, build partnerships, and lead without formal authority.

Proficiency in organizational analysis tools, performance indicators, and executive reporting.
