Descripción del empleo

The Human Resources Supervisor will serve as a key HR contact supporting the site by performing various HR functions to ensure employee satisfaction, productivity, and compliance with Federal and State regulations.

In this role, you will:
  • Maintain employment records using HR management systems
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations
  • Act as an effective HR adviser to employees and management
  • Investigate employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns, and provide recommendations
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Promote and implement various HR programs and site events
  • Administer site benefits
We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or has equivalent work experience
  • Has 3+ years of HR experience related to employment and labor law, supporting diverse employees, with skills in coaching, counseling, and employee relations
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Can exercise discretion and judgment in providing feedback, guidance, clarification, and disciplinary actions
  • Has experience in a call center or fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, an “expect greater” attitude, and leads by example
