A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support strategic human resource planning to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure successful execution of marketing plans within your supervisory group.
  • Train the assigned supervisory team on work methods, company processes, policies, and performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance to the sales force on customer service, product knowledge, pricing strategies, and route management.
  • Lead the “Day One at Kellogg” onboarding experience to ensure a smooth and inspiring start.
  • Guarantee certified field training for new team members.
  • Deliver hands-on practical knowledge to enhance team capability.
  • Boost the efficiency of new sellers by minimizing downtime caused by lack of information.
  • Accelerate the learning curve to help new hires succeed faster.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the market and your team’s day-to-day sales activities.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Over 3 years of experience in sales within the traditional retail channel
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Proficient in English at an intermediate level
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (intermediate proficiency)
  • Strong background in customer service and client relations
  • Familiar with commercial and administrative processes
  • Experienced in training and onboarding sales teams
  • Coordinated sales campaigns, promotional strategies, and seasonal sales efforts
