Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Tooling Admin Specialist to handle tool orders, maintain parts inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and manage workshop orders. You will ensure timely processing and accurate ERP records to support production and repairs.

The ideal candidate works independently, communicates well, and solves problems. Experience in tool shops, maintenance, and production environments, plus knowledge of safety guidelines and proficiency with Microsoft Office, are highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Process order/delivery for tool parts and consumables.
• Manage stocking of tool parts and inventory examinations.
• Acquire and maintain tool master data (Additional Items/BOMs) in the ERP system.
• Administer repair procedures and contract work with suppliers.
• Create and complete production orders for tool repairs/maintenance.
• Advise on cost‑effective spare parts and inventory strategy.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary

The Tooling Admin Specialist is responsible for the timely processing of tool orders, tool part inventory, supplier management, and all workshop orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order processing (order/delivery) for consumption and new tool parts
• Manage stocking of tool parts and inventory exams
• Acquire and maintain tool master data (Additional Items/BOMs) in the ERP system
• Administer repair procedures and contract work with suppliers
• Create and complete production orders for tool repairs and/or appropriate maintenance
• Responsible for cost-optimized design of spare parts and inventory strategy
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
