Formación

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure EPC Contractor and other contractors comply with Owner guidelines and standards regarding Social Responsibility and Community Relations, maintaining adequate documentation to demonstrate compliance.
  • Report compliance status and deviations to the Owner promptly.
  • Review and validate work plans related to Social Responsibility and Community Relations.
  • Supervise adherence to work plans and execution of activities by contractors, in line with guidelines and best practices.
  • Collect and organize documentary evidence supporting compliance or deviations.
  • Periodically report to the Owner on compliance and deviations, organized by locality or interest group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Anthropology, Social Work, Social Responsibility, Intercultural Management, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in social management within the energy, mining, transport, or large infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience with financing schemes aligned with IFC Performance Standards, Framework Principles, or similar standards.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Equator Principles, IFC Performance Standards, SDGs, GRI, and other international standards.
  • Experience working with Indigenous and Tribal Peoples under ILO Convention 169 and similar treaties.
  • Knowledge of regulations related to Social Impact in the Hydrocarbons Sector, including Hydrocarbons Law and related regulations.
  • Experience with Social Conflict Resolution (SCR), compensation, and remediation measures.
