Job Description

Your responsibilities:

1. Develop activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
2. Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
3. Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
4. Make budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
5. Develop schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas.
6. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience as a production supervisor.
2. Engineering or bachelor's degree.
3. Availability for shift work, including Shift 3.
4. Strong commitment to safety.
5. Knowledge of Production Planning.
6. Intermediate-advanced English skills (written and conversational).
7. Experience with Engineering Change Management.
8. Proficiency in Excel (macro handling at an intermediate-advanced level).
9. Knowledge of SAP (Routes, BOMs, standard times).
10. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project coordination skills.
11. Customer service orientation.
12. Ability to analyze problems and resolve them effectively.

You will report to the Production Manager.
