SUPERVISOR SHIFT

Mission:

Direct the work team towards compliance with organizational indicators, through continuous improvement, teamwork and values of the Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Reception of the manufacturing program. Start the installation of lines.
• Distribution and mobility of personnel, guaranteeing workers trained according to the matrix of multiple competencies.
• Compliance with production processes
• Monitor quality issues toward our goal of zero defects.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Degree in Administration or similar completed.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions, prefered in automotive industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP
