Siemens in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking an experienced industrial professional to manage production resources, drive productivity and safety, and coordinate across supply and engineering teams.

The candidate will lead lean initiatives, oversee personnel performance reviews, and ensure materials availability while maintaining strong union relationships and compliance with EHS standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Lean manufacturing, Kaizen and 6S knowledge required.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accomplish productivity KPIs by managing resources with emphasis on EHS.
• Improve safety for all personnel on production lines.
• Reduce production errors and improve product quality and productivity.
• Support production scheduling, assignments, and progress reporting.
• Plan and document training; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate with purchasing, planning and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain relations with local union under the collective bargaining agreement.
• Serve as liaison between Manufacturing and Engineering.

What will you do?

• Accomplish productivity KPIs managing resources in the best way taking special care for EHS conditions.
• Improve safety for all personnel that work in and around production lines.
• Drive efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality and increase productivity.
• Adhere to production schedule by establishing priorities, assigning personnel to work areas, monitoring progress, making personnel/priority adjustments, resolving line constraint problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries.
• Plan, oversee and document training of personnel.
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews.
• Work closely with purchasing, planning and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
• Maintain working relationship with local union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
• Liason between Manufacturing and Engineering.

What will you need to succeed?

• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Bachelor as Industrial, Mechanical or related.
• Lean Manufacturin knowledge.
• Kaizen Knowledge.
• 6S´s Knowledge.
• SAP knowledge.
• People management.
• Intermediate English.
• MS Office.
• Availability to rotate shifts (day, evening and night).
