Magna International in Mexico is seeking a production supervisor to oversee human and material resources in a dynamic automotive plant. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while aligning with client requirements and company targets.

The role requires a technical degree and at least 3 years in the automotive industry, with basic English. You will manage production indicators and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Formación

• Technical or engineering degree required.
• Experience in the automotive industry is essential.
• Understanding of production processes and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage human and material resources in your area to meet client and corporate requirements, while ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Oversee resources of the production process to meet the production schedule on time and meet client requirements.
• Achieve organizational objectives to ensure profitability of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales de su área para cumplir con las necesidades del cliente y corporativo, cumpliendo siempre con los requerimientos de Seguridad, calidad y Productividad.
• Ser capaz de administrar los recursos humanos y materiales del proceso productivo para cumplir con el programa de producción en tiempo y forma y como resultado cubrir los requerimientos del cliente.
• Ser capaz de lograr los objetivos establecidos por la organización para garantizar la rentabilidad del negocio.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN:

Carrera Técnica / Licenciatura / Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA:

3 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar

CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

• Procesos de Producción Elaboración de indicadores Administración recursos (humanos-materiales) Soldadura básica Sistemas de Calidad Módulos que apliquen de ADAM Proceso de bandas Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen Procedimiento de producto no conforme y material sospechoso SPC Básico
