Tenneco is seeking an idea candidate to oversee safe and proper manufacturing of its products in Aguascalientes. The role requires coordinating a team of production employees, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently to produce consistent, high-quality goods.

The candidate will lead team members, monitor regulatory standards, and track key production metrics to drive continuous improvement and safety across the manufacturing line.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Act independently.
• Strong communication skills.
