Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) required.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance in a rigorous manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Solid Works knowledge and computer proficiency (Office).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate maintenance operations for buildings, tooling, and equipment.
• Plan, implement, and direct maintenance team to meet quality, reliability, safety, and cost targets.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and motivate maintenance technicians.
• Review and track progress on service orders and manage spares inventory.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and building codes and prepare repair proposals with cost estimates.
• Participate in lean manufacturing activities and coordinate preventive maintenance and tooling enhancements.
