A Day in the Life

• Bachelor's degree in electronic or mechanical engineering, or similar.
• 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance or similar positions.
• Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, electronics, PLCs, etc.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in project and budget management.
• Experience in Cost Reduction and process transfer.
• Proficiency in semiconductor assembly, Maximo, and OEE.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Management of the Tress system (Supervisor Module).
• Experience in personnel management.

Responsibilities may include developing and implementing activities in production areas to meet goals related to production, quality, and costs. Prioritizing schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Planning and managing procedures and budgets, making budgetary recommendations, and developing personnel for efficient operation. Developing schedules and manpower requirements, managing financial and material resources, and ensuring quality management and continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
