A leading optical company is seeking a Supervisor for their production site in Chihuahua, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Engineering, advanced English skills, and at least one year of supervisory experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Key responsibilities include leading teams of 20 or more employees, with a strong emphasis on planning, organizing, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals. This position is for the 3rd shift.

Formación

• Advanced English level required.
• Three years degree or equivalent in a related field or proven experience in a production environment.
• One year of supervisory experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Administration or Engineering Bachelor Degree
• Advance English level
• Three years degree or equivalent in a related field or proven on the job experience working in a production environment
• One year of previous experience as a Supervisor in the areas of shipping receiving warehouse an inventory control
• Detailed understanding of inventory tracking and methods for tracking and maintaining inventory levels
• Previous experience leading a group of 20 or more employees
• Strong planning and organizing skills a must
• Demonstrated competence in supervisory skills: motivating employees to meet performance goals, strong communication skills, comfortable with coaching and training individuals and teams.
