A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics are required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor de Logística to join our team in Amphenol Mexicali. This role is essential to ensure that our logistics operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, contributing to the company's overall success.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the logistics team to ensure an efficient flow of materials and products.
• Manage the reception, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring accuracy in inventories.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes and meet the company's objectives.
• Implement and maintain quality and safety standards in logistics operations.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvement.
• Provide ongoing training and development to staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable logistics regulations and standards.
• Monitor team performance and set clear goals for meeting objectives.

Requirements
