Requires 3+ years in horticultural supervision, knowledge of irrigation and plant care, and a team‑oriented attitude. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and safety, with opportunities for training and career growth.

About The Role

Conduct ongoing and scheduled supervision to ensure the flora remains healthy and vibrant throughout the FOUR SEASONS RESORT TAMARINDO development. This must be carried out professionally, efficiently, and courteously, through actions and procedures that maintain the green areas that are part of the hotel and the Tamarindo Reserve. The goal is to meet the daily, weekly, and monthly objectives of the department. At all times, the individual will demonstrate professionalism and expertise to respond to reports from various departments, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and full compliance with Four Seasons policies.

What You Will Do

• Daily planning of tasks for the gardening team.
• Provide efficient service with a positive attitude, always greeting with courtesy and a smile.
• Ensure that gardeners are properly maintaining the green areas.
• Inspect and walk through areas to remove any vegetation outside the designated landscape design.
• Train and supervise gardeners in mowing and trimming of lawns and shrubs according to pruning standards.
• Listen to and share feedback with the gardening team to encourage continuous improvement in their areas.
• Review and provide all necessary tools and materials to ensure the gardens remain impeccable and in line with Four Seasons' quality and brand image.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a supervisor in gardening staff management, including operational maintenance, fertilization, restoration, transplanting, irrigation, and all related plant care tasks.
• Basic knowledge of gardening machinery and safety equipment.
• Strong focus on team productivity and proven problem-solving skills to address various requests, requirements, and situations related to in-room and hotel-wide maintenance.
