Job summary

Four Seasons Punta Mita is seeking a creative and energetic team member for the Rooms division to craft unscripted guest activities, coordinate front office and housekeeping tasks, and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will welcome guests, explain accommodations, and manage payments as needed, while ensuring guest rooms meet standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in Rooms division and 2 years as an Assistant Manager in related areas, along with fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Rooms division (FD & HK) including guest services and Front Office.
• At least 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager in one of the related areas.

Responsibilities

• Create unscripted activities for guests and help design/operate activities.
• Welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and process payment methods.
• Inspect guest rooms and assist with housekeeping and front desk tasks as needed.
• Lead the team and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

We are looking for a creative, passionate, energetic and outgoing person who can take advantage of opportunities to create unscripted activities for guests, help to create, design and operate the activities for guests. When needed welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations, and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Inspect guest rooms, among other responsibilities.

Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in Rooms division between housekeeping and guest services/Front Office/concierge (needs to have experience in both areas FD & HK). At least 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager in one of the related areas.

Skills And Abilities

Ability to read, write and talk in Spanish and English at a fluent level. Work under pressure and multitasking, Ability to communicate properly in both languages.

Outgoing, extrovert and charismatic. Able to lead the team and entertain guests in a non-scripted way. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to Analize different situations and act according to the guest's needs and requests.
