Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal groups for international and domestic air and ocean shipments. May arrange climate-controlled transportation, labeling, and shipping through UPS and competitor networks. Provides specialized transport like onboard couriers and crane deliveries as needed. May operate freezer farms and cold rooms. Monitors facility performance to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction. Responsible for daily activities including loading/unloading containers, storing medical units and samples, pulling orders, freight sorting, customer support, facility inspections, and handling employee concerns.
