Hubbell Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead plant quality assurance and control activities, ensuring materials, processes and finished products meet requirements. You will guide daily inspection priorities and partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and EHS to prevent recurrence and improve performance.
The role requires coordinating inspections, authorizing holds, leading root cause analysis, supporting supplier quality, audits, and maintaining calibration

The Quality Supervisor provides front-line leadership for plant quality assurance and quality control activities. This position ensures that incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products meet customer, engineering, regulatory, and quality management system requirements. The supervisor leads daily inspection priorities, develops team capability, drives disciplined problem solving, and partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and EHS to prevent recurrence and improve manufacturing performance.
