Job summary

Adient plc seeks an HR professional to support the Lerma Plant with core HR processes, employee relations and data-driven improvements. You will partner with HR leaders to drive compensation, performance management and talent initiatives across levels.

The role emphasizes building trust, applying sound judgment in investigations, and delivering high-impact HR solutions through collaboration with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations. On-site presence at Lerma Plant is expected.

• Ability to analyze HR data and present visual scorecards and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee issues, conduct investigations, coach leaders where needed.

• Perform HR transactions such as orientation, leaves, exits, and policy guidance.
• Produce concise documentation for procedures and reports.
• Prepare HR data visuals and dashboards; perform root-cause analysis to improve service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the execution of critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and workforce
• Advocates and drives for the resolution of employee issues and concerns including internal investigations, corrective actions and coaching
• Builds credible relationships with front, mid and senior-level leaders through trust, collaboration and effective communication
• Applies sound judgment to identify issues and prescribe HR solutions in ambiguous situations with confidence
• Collaborates with the HR Business Partner, HR Operations Center, and Centers of Excellence to provide high-impact HR solutions
• Conduct HR transactions including: orientation, leaves of absences, exit meetings, etc.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resources
• Participate and assist with location events
• Assist with departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Define, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes and reports
• Collect, analyze, and prepare visual HR related information such as the preparation of scorecards and dashboards as warranted
• Perform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service
