Job summary

KPMG Mexico City is seeking an experienced Digital Audit Supervising Senior to join our Digital Audit team. You will support the implementation of AI-enabled Data & Analytics procedures across audit engagements and strengthen external audit practices.

The role blends audit and analytics, requiring leadership to supervise and coach team members, with fluent English and Spanish. The hybrid model is 3 days onsite and 2 days home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting / Accounting.
• 4–6 years of professional audit experience.
• Strong background in External Audit with Big 4 experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Alteryx or ETL tools is a plus.
• Experience supervising and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit teams to implement AI-enabled D&A procedures across engagements.

KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is looking for an experienced Digital Audit Supervising Senior to join our Digital Audit team and support the implementation of AI-enabled Data & Analytics (D&A) solutions across audit engagements.

We are looking for an audit professional who combines a strong background in External Audit with an interest in Data Analytics, technology and AI applied to audit.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting / Accounting
• 4–6 years of professional audit experience
• Strong background in External Audit
• Previous Big 4 experience strongly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of audit methodology, risk assessment, controls testing and substantive procedures
• Experience supervising and coaching team members
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Alteryx or ETL tools is a plus
• Experience with Data & Analytics procedures in audit is highly valued
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
• Fluent English and Spanish

What will you do?

You will collaborate with KPMG member firms and audit teams to implement and scale AI-enabled Data & Analytics procedures, supporting activities such as audit planning, data requirements, ERP information, interpretation of analytical results and identification of audit risks.

You will also coordinate with data professionals and engagement teams, review D&A outputs, communicate key insights and supervise junior team members.

Hybrid model: 3 days onsite / 2 days home office
