PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an AI-focused Manager in DAT Assurance to lead digital transformation of audit and assurance workflows, manage client accounts, and coach teams across advisory and risk practices. You will guide delivery and maintain high standards in a dynamic environment.

You will drive IT controls, ERP/SAP integration, and governance while leveraging BASIS DBMS and other tools to deliver quality outcomes. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, IT or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in audit/assurance or digital transformation.
• One of US licensed CPA, CISA, Public Accountant or CPA/CA equivalent in another territory.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams in audit and assurance workstreams with a focus on digital solutions.
• Manage client support activities including ERP and SAP module integration.
• Implement IT controls and security measures to ensure SOX compliance.
• Drive business process improvement using analytics and strategic questioning.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen internal controls and DBMS skills.
• Foster stakeholder relationships to deliver service excellence and inclusion.

• Validate control measures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
